Sack Filling Systems 
  | We offer a wide range of ARODO sack filling systems that are suitable for bag weights ranging from 1 to 5 kg or from 5 to 50 kg to handle sacks of any size and shape. While using sack filling systems, the sack top is stretched on the filling spout and the sack top is transported to the closing section using a transport device. It ensures accurate and reliable arrangement of the stretched sack top. Further, the transportation of each closing station is implemented in stepped synchronization to ensure critical closing or pre-closing operations such as sealing, fold over and pinch on a stationary sack. The system is also provided with dosing devices that suits a variety of product flow characteristics. The system is designed by ARODO that are controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller that ensure capacity up to 1400 sacks/hr. The entire operation and set up of the systems is managed by a touch screen that provide following relevant information. - Number of revolutions of the dosing device
- Sack-closing device selection
- Sealing time
- Cooling time
- Sack length
- Current capacity

Sack Placing Device
This sack-placing device is designed to attach pre-made sacks automatically to a filling spout and has the following features: - Suitable for all types of sacks which can be handled with suction cups.
- Suitable for sacks with or without gusset.
- Simple manual adjustment for various sack dimensions by means of hand wheels, electrically adjustment available optionally.
- Multiple empty sack magazines.

Sack Closing Devices
We offer following sack closing devices are available : - Sewing.
- Fold-over and stitch.
- Sewing with crêpe tape.
- Heat sealing of polyethylene sacks.
- Heat sealing of a p.e. inner liner and stitching of the paper sack enclosure.
- Pinch closing. (by means of reactivating a pre-applied line of hot melt adhesive on the mouth flap)
- Single of double fold-over and closing with hot melt.
- Combinations of above-mentioned closing systems in one single closing line.

Gross Weighing System 
  | This gross weighing system is suitable for sticky products. The gross weighing principle makes it possible to weigh the product directly into the sack. It can also be used in locations where height is insufficient. Subject to the construction the capacity is 100 up to 300 sacks per hour.

Volume Dosing System
Volume dosing is available for handling products such as sand, gravel, potting soil etc. For products such as cat litter, granules etc. a chamber-dosing device can be used.
Dosing Systems
Arodo dosing devices are selected according to product characteristics. The dosing system can be divided into various components:
Screw dosing
This dosing system is used for powdery products. A screw dosing unit consists of a bulk dosing screw for coarse dosing and a small one for fine dosing. Both screws are fitted with a pneumatically operated shut-off valve. The number of revolutions of the screws can be adjusted by means of a frequency control system.
Belt dosing
This dosing system is used for fragile products such as muesli, expanded grains or products which may not be damaged.
Two-stage valve dosing
This dosing system has been developed for “free flowing” products.
Vibrating trough dosing
This dosing system is used for big products such as dog cookies, coal, stones etc.

Net Weighing System 
  | This system is suitable for non-sticky products. The net weighing principle makes it also possible to fill big-bags according to the “multi-dump” principle. Subject to the construction the capacity is 400 up to 1400 sacks per hour.

Combi-System
A combi-system incorporates a rodomatic tube-on-a-reel system and a sack-placing device in order to manufacture and handle sacks made from the reel as well as pre-made sacks. Without mechanical adjustment it is possible to switch fast between tubular film and pre-made sacks.

  | All sack-filling systems designed by arodo are controlled by means of a programmable logic controller. Operation and set up of the system takes place via a touch screen. All system parameters are entered through the touch screen, which also provides the following relevant information : - Sack length

Printing and Labeling System
Arodo have the possibility to build in various types of printing and labeling system which are : - Labelling before the sack has been filled.
- Printing before the sack has been filled.
- Automatically stitching of single labels to the filled sack.
- Automatically stitching of labels which are supplied by means of a reel.
- Printing or labelling of the filled sacks on a belt conveyor.
Product cone flattening device or posser By means of possing, vibrating or pressing of the product cone in the filled sack the sack length can be reduced.

Rodomatic Tube-on-a-Reel System
  | The Rodomatic tube-on-a-reel system makes and attaches p.e. plastic flat or gusseted sacks formed from the tube automatically to a filling spout. Below you find some features of the Rodomatic tube-on-a-reel system. - Suitable for flat or gusseted tubular film.
- Provides fast change of sack width.
- Provided with lifting device for the reel.
- Simple adjustment of the sack length via the touch screen.
- Automatic sack length detection of print registered film.
- Possibility to apply corner seals.
- Possibility to apply a handgrip with a carrying load of up to 25 kg, depending on the design.
- Space in the system to build in labelling and printing device.
- Possibility to incorporate a sack-placing device to enable the handling of pre-made sacks as well as those made from the reel.
